This cute little honey bee I photographed one morning while on a walk along the coast. It was a calm and sunny morning and I felt the urge to take my camera out and feel the ocean breeze. While everyone else was watching the giant waves on this particular day, I couldn't help but focus my eyes on all the blooming flowers. This led me to admiring all sorts of tiny life forms that existed in the gardens. This bee hung out in the cool shade of this flower petal for quite a while and it was so beautiful to be able to study so closely. I snapped some photographs with my macro lens that later used for the reference photo for this piece.
